Fazel A. Fazelbhoy was appointed CEO of Topaz Energy and Marine in January 2008. Since then, Topaz has grown significantly and reported an impressive financial result for 2008. Fazel has held several senior positions during his nine years with the group. He has been at the helm of the company's marine repair and oil & gas fabrication units as well as General Manager Business Development.
