Mohammed Al Muallem, holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Portland, Oregon, U.S.A. and has completed extensive training in U.K. at the University of Manchester, Cranfield College and British Airways; obtaining qualifications in Cost & Budgetary Control, Planning Maintenance and Computer Systems and Condition Based Maintenance.
Mr. Muallem joined Port Rashid in 1983 as a Trainee and has held several management positions which he followed through with efficient and diligent service. Under his leadership the UAE Region has experienced exponential growth since 2005, the opening of Jebel Ali’s Container Terminal 2 and the ushering of new initiatives ranging from technologies and innovations to e-commerce and future development plans.
